Supporting the Greenspoint District is a true investment for the region. Many programs result in long-term benefits, and the District literally bolsters the area’s bottom line. Because of its designation as a management district, it can leverage property assessments with public and private sector resources, resulting in programs and activities that could not be accomplished single-handedly.
Today, more than 700 commercial property owners support the Greenspoint District’s services through assessments. The District’s vision is put into action by a 22-member board of directors, a coordinating staff and committees.
The District operates with an annual budget of approximately $3 million.
Commercial property owners pay an assessment rate of $0.15431 per $100 valuation. The District’s Financial and Support Services Department ensures the property assessments are spent on District programs. If you have any questions about the assessment on your property, please contact:
