The Greenspoint District, a 12-square-mile activity center in north Houston, continues to build for the future with a well-educated workforce and superb residential base. More than 18 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space makes Greenspoint an attractive place to do business. Seventy thousand employees work in the area and there are some 97,000 residents. Good neighbors and good employees all contribute to a greater Greenspoint.

A demographic report is available from ESRI. The report was prepared in 2010 and provides the latest information and projections, such as population, income levels, age and occupations. The demographics have been tabulated using a 3, 5, and 10-mile radius from the intersection of I-45 and the North Sam Houston Parkway. Use the links below to download the reports.
